Fearless Connection: Resume Refresh Edition is a community-centered evening designed for women who are ready to update, strengthen, or rethink how they present their experience, skills, and goals.

Whether you are applying for a new role, navigating a career pivot, returning to the workforce, preparing for graduate school, updating your LinkedIn, or simply trying to better understand your strengths, this space is designed to help you take the next step with clarity and support.

Participants will have time to work on their resumes, complete a career self-assessment, and engage in a paired “second look” activity. In pairs, participants will review one another’s resume or career materials to help identify strengths, transferable skills, missing pieces, and opportunities to better communicate their value.
