Mental Health
There is an enormous amount of pressure, stress, and trauma experienced by first-generation women. Whether the pressure to learn, navigate, and teach everyone, fulfill the dreams of our loved ones, or maintain certain cultural traditions and expectations.

It is important that we take care of ourselves if we want to continue being the fearless trailblazers that we are. For many of us, it is time to end generational trauma by not only making conscious decisions but also seeking the help we need to heal. For others, it is time to take control of the roller coaster of emotions we experience and find the support we need to process and be the best version of ourselves. We cannot forget that we are the first, the trailblazers, the fearless.
